SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping rates:

• Standard shipping – $10.00
• Express shipping – $20.00
• FREE in-store pickup

Our business hours are 8:30am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. Any orders which placed over the weekend or on New South Wales public holidays will be processed the next working day.

DELIVERY

If you are not home or available to accept the delivery during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to ensure you have provided ‘Authority to leave’. If this is selected at checkout, your parcel will be left in safe place if you are not available to accept the delivery. Please note that this option is not covered by insurance. If you uncheck this option, your parcel will require a signature for delivery, and if you are not available to accept the delivery, a collection notice will be left. Please contact us if you do not receive this notice.
